Made from cava brut nature. After a minimum ageing of one year in French oak barrels, the acetic notes are blended and harmonised with the fruity tones of our cavas. Highly recommended for pulses, tartars, fish and fine meats, mature cheeses, ice cream and to enhance any Mediterranean dish.
