Ground and seasoned according to a family recipe and put through a calm curing process with a short marinading period and then dried, allowing natural flora to appear.

This process gives the product a rounded shape and an intense colour and flavour. Packaged in flow-pack for a better, more hygienic preservation and to prevent drying.
