Traditional cured charcuterie product. Selection of the best pork cuts (hams, loins, belly) for a lean, healthy product.

Ground and seasoned according to a family recipe and put through a calm curing process with a short marinading period and then dried, allowing natural flora to appear.

This process gives the product a rounded shape and an intense colour and flavour. Packaged in flow-pack for a better, more hygienic preservation and to prevent drying.

La curación mínima del producto es de 4 meses. Y la pieza debe estar bien bien curada para encontrar los sabores ancestrales del Salchichón IGP VIc de la Trufa.
