The blazer<\/strong> was exalted to hero status in 2019<\/strong> and will continue to reign the style kingdom well into 2020<\/strong>. You won\u2019t just be wearing it with matching pants to work, you will pair it with everything. It has a versatility unlike any other piece\u2026desk-to-dinner<\/strong>, work-to-weekend, uptown-to-downtown. For our fashion show<\/strong>, we went head-to-toe in JOSEPH<\/strong> separates, but took it out of the boardroom with a turtleneck<\/strong> and sneaker<\/strong> combination that is 100% street style<\/strong> approved and then when evening-chic in velvet<\/strong> separates from Fay.<\/p>\n

365 Days Of Leather<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Leather<\/strong>, leather and more leather! You won\u2019t be able to get enough of this trend even well into the warmer months. Leather replaces traditional woven fabrics as the base for your every fashionista<\/strong>-approved #OOTD<\/strong>. While leather will come in many shapes in forms in 2020, right now we love the leather skirt<\/strong>. Whether \u2018cool-girl\u2019 with Fall\u2019s must-have chunky boots<\/strong> like this look from Courreges<\/strong> or \u2018uptown-sophisticate\u2019 like this look from Isabel Marant, this is the piece to invest in now.<\/p>\n

The Tropics Reinvented<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Prints<\/strong> and patterns<\/strong> are always a Spring style<\/strong> staple, but 2020<\/strong> brings us a new twist\u2026less girly-girl, more island tropics with a modern twist. These aren\u2019t the tropical prints<\/strong> that make you think of a Hawaiian shirt\u2026while still bold, they are reinvented in unexpected palettes and then transformed into of-the-moment silhouettes like this chic look from Oscar de la Renta<\/strong>. There are some designers who won\u2019t ever veer away from their view of pattern, like the always sough-after Missoni<\/strong> and their iconic zig-zag, but they still are influenced by a tropical palette inspired by rich greenery and bright floral hues<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

One of the most interesting trends to emerge from the SS20 runways<\/strong> involves a new way of creating the pieces we so desire. From lace insets<\/strong>, to placed pattern and unique ways of draping<\/strong> Spring 20\u2019s works of art an equal parts imagination and craft. The wear-now versions of this trend come from some of our favorite brands like Etro<\/strong> and Temperley London<\/strong>. Already masters at creating the unique, both brands give us a modern take on some of their iconic ideas. Etro reinvents the paisley<\/strong> pattern once again with lace overlay<\/strong> and Temperley London rethinks the party dress <\/strong>with embellished, tulle <\/strong>inserts\u2026arts and crafts never looked so chic.<\/p>\n
